InstaVoxel has established a strict supplier selection process and evaluation management system, which is also included in the quality management system. This selection process involves online reviews, test order assessments, and on-site inspections. Suppliers must meet the standards set by InstaVoxel to join the network. Quarterly evaluations are conducted for each supplier, assessing quality, delivery times, communication, and order acceptance rates, followed by review and improvement. Suppliers falling below the standards will lose their order acceptance qualifications. Regular supplier education and training sessions are also conducted.

Logistics transportation depends on local conditions, with options including air freight, land transport, and sea freight. Air freight is the fastest but relatively expensive option.
When a problem arises, if it doesn’t impact the final delivery date, InstaVoxel immediately communicates with the factories to analyze the cause, identify, and implement the best solution. If the deadline will be affected, we promptly inform the clients, coordinate with the factories for the optimal solution, seek approval from the clients for execution, and expedite the process to minimize delays.
We ensure that all final parts are shipped after approved by InstaVoxel’s quality inspection. All parts from different factories must meet InstaVoxel’s standard and customer requirements. If surface treatment is involved, efforts are made to use the same surface treatment facility.
The final response time depends on the complexity of the requested part, but InstaVoxel aims to respond within 2 hours.
Different upload channels have different file size limits. If the file is too large, uploading it to a cloud drive with a link for InstaVoxel to download.
To avoid conversion issues, it’s recommended to provide STEP format for CNC services, STL format for 3D printing services, and ensure that the final file is intact.

In case of quality issues or disputes, InstaVoxel conducts an immediate investigation and works with the factory to resolve the issue. If necessary, InstaVoxel arranges for the rework or remake of defective parts.
