We recommend submitting STEP (.stp/.step) files whenever possible, as they preserve 3D geometry across different CAD systems and help avoid file compatibility or conversion issues. PDF drawings can also be included to communicate dimensions, tolerances, and other engineering requirements. If your design is only available in another CAD format, feel free to send it to us and our engineering team will confirm compatibility.
