InstaVoxel’s ISO 9001 establishes a set of supply chain management methods, where all qualified factories undergo regular education and training provided by InstaVoxel and receive order evaluations to ensure that each factory meets InstaVoxel’s standards at all times. Each order must also go through InstaVoxel’s own quality inspection process before shipping to customers to ensure consistency and high quality.

InstaVoxel has mainly served complex customized part production in recent years, cultivating a specialized supply chain. Under InstaVoxel’s continuous supply chain integration, large-scale production orders are also within InstaVoxel’s service scope.
If there are any issues with dimension measurement or assembly after receiving the parts, InstaVoxel will have dedicated personnel to assist in resolving the problems. If the issue lies within InstaVoxel’s supply chain, we will identify the root cause, provide improvement measures, and report the results back to the clients.
InstaVoxel will comprehensively meet each requirement and specification provided by the clients, based on the drawings and requests, ensuring full compliance.
InstaVoxel implements a dual-quality inspection approach to guarantee compliance with the required standards. In addition to the post-production quality test, which verifies the functionality of the parts, upon receiving the parts, InstaVoxel conducts a secondary inspection using high-precision measuring equipment. Only products that pass both processes according to our standards will be shipped to the clients.
The InstaVoxel team will analyze the issue and provide machining resources to assist the factory in repairing or remaking the part as quickly as possible. If necessary, other partnering factories may be mobilized to help. InstaVoxel will report the problem analysis and resolution strategy to the clients immediately.
Standard inspections will provide hand-written measurement data scanned onto drawings. Other reports will be provided in the exclusive InstaVoxel table format.
