CNC Machining

FAQ

Explore our comprehensive Knowledge Base.

We provide a diverse array of machining options, such as UNF, UNC, and metric threads, along with coils and key inserts. These options are available for both milling and turning CNC parts.

CNC machining is favored by product designers and engineers for its ability to swiftly produce prototypes and production parts. This technology boasts high precision, utilizes engineering-grade materials, and offers quick-turn lead times.

We ensure that our manufacturing partners adhere to the stringent ISO 2768 standards for all CNC machined components. For metal parts, our manufacturers comply with either ISO 2768-m (medium) or ISO 2768-f (fine) standards. Similarly, for plastic parts, the machining process adheres to the ISO 2768-m (medium) standard. While our capabilities allow for achieving geometric tolerances as tight as ± 0.0004 inches (0.010 mm), it is imperative that such requirements are explicitly outlined in the technical drawings. Additionally, we can accommodate even finer tolerances, particularly on shafts with up to H7 fits, through manual quoting and occasionally even tighter tolerances can be achieved.
